Shipping Information

 

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is back ordered when you add it to your basket or within 10 days of placing your order.

Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. For express and overnight delivery, add $10 and $15 respectively.

In-Store Pickup

Want something sooner? Pick up your online favorites in person at a store! When you find an item you’d like to purchase on worldpaperflowers.com, select a size and enter a location to check availability at nearby Powell’s stores. If the item is available for pickup, click “Buy Online & Pick Up In A Store” to add it to your basket. If you’re shopping on the world paperflower Phone app, use the “Find in a Store” tool on a product page to select a pickup store in your area. At this time, flowers and select items are unavailable for in-store pickup.

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification email(s) when your order is ready for pickup at the selected store(s). Please note that you will not be charged until your order is picked up. While you may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment prior to pick up, this will not post to your account until you have retrieved your order.

When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device) and valid ID. Once every item in your order is ready for pickup, your order will be held for three days. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be canceled, and your method of payment will not be charged.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

Flowers & Other Oversized Items

Our flower delivery method, timing, and fees vary from item to item, please refer to our individual product pages for delivery specifics.

With Unlimited Flower Delivery, no matter how many items you place in one order, you’ll enjoy a $6.95 flat-rate fee for flowers and select non-flower delivery.

In-stock flowers can be expected to arrive via white glove delivery 1-4 weeks after the order is placed. Custom and back ordered flowers can be expected to arrive via white glove delivery 1-4 weeks after the “available on” date listed in the size dropdown menu on the product page. On average, these items will arrive in-home 1-4 weeks after the order is placed.

Please note that flowers and other oversized items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable for oversized items.

Backorders & Cancellations

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be back ordered. You will be informed if an item is back ordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for back-ordered items until they ship.

In the event that a back-ordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a back ordered item, please call 971-280-1122 or email mail@worldpaperflowers.com

If an item is canceled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
